A positive approach to reducing absenteeism in the workplace

Almost into a fresh new year… My White Dog is working as an affiliated parter with MHFA England to support leaders and teams reduce stigma around mental health in the workplace – the work so far we have done has had a positive knock on effect towards raising awareness to help reduce absenteeism and presenteeism in the workplace.
