So how do you build resilience (the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties);?

Well, the good news is that it is definitely something that can be learnt, and as Anton Checkov says; (well almost says), ‘knowledge is of great value and even more so when it’s put into practice’ – so what can you put into practice?

Why not be curious with the action for happiness calendar below and try out a daily practice.  Daily practice of gratitude and self care can help to build resilience especially if practiced on a regular basis.
